Calling all 16-18 year old youths (male or female) with an interest in football...

SR-Education is a specialist training provider of quality coaching and training in football that has teamed up with Curzon Ashton Football Club to offer this unique opportunity.

This is a 12 week (20 hours per week) programme that will develop your skills, knowledge and experience in football and sports coaching.

All candidates will receive an allowance per week to cover their travel and subsistence costs.

Successful applicants will become members of the Curzon Ashton FC under 19 Football Team playing in local leagues. The programme will provide you with the opportunity to gain nationally recognised football and sports coaching related qualifications. These will provide you with the necessary qualifications required to progress into employment, onto higher level course programmes or other sports related programmes.

What will you get?

List of qualifications that you will complete:

FA Level 1 Certificate in Football Coaching

Edexcel Certificate/Award in Sport and Activity Leadership

Edexcel Certificate in Supporting Employability and Personal Effectiveness

FA Safeguarding of Children Certificate

FA First Aid Certificate

Duration:

This is a 12 week programme and will run from Monday to Thursday - Start date: Wednesday 6th June 2012 - Start time: 9.30am
