New boys start work

Witton Albion released their preseason programme after pencilling in a home game against Evo-Stik Division One South Newcastle Town as their penultimate pre season fixture.
The Newcastle game kicks off at 7.30pm on Tuesday 7 August, more than three weeks after the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division new boys kick off their preseason campaign at Runcorn Linnets on Saturday 14 July.
The players returned for pre season training at the weekend as manager Brian Pritchard and his staff started the work of putting them through their paces ahead of the big kick off in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League on Saturday 18 August.
A spokesman joked: "With two midweek training sessions, as well as Saturday morning, before the away trip to Runcorn Linnets, any cobwebs still hanging about will certainly have been blown away!"
