New Main Sponsor for Grantham
Gingerbreads welcome Stoneacre Motor Group
Grantham Town Football Club this week is delighted to introduce Stoneacre Motor Group as main sponsors for the forthcoming season. Stoneacre have committed themselves as home and away sponsors for the next 2 seasons in a move which can only reinforce the positive mood surrounding the club at present.
Stoneacre are one of the fastest growing motor groups in the UK selling a mixture of new and used cars from over 24 locations around the country. The dealership in Grantham on Tollemache Road, Spittlegate Level opened in March and specialises as a Fiat and Vauxhall main dealership with servicing and MOT's also available.
Gingerbreads Commercial Manager Emma Charles is enthusiastic about what the future holds for the club with such a strong and dynamic partnership.
"We have been working closely with Stoneacre for a number of weeks now.” She said, “We are confident that with their support this club can have the success it deserves."
The deal will provide the stability needed to drive the club forward and fulfil the ambitions which are held at every level within the club and beyond. The Gingerbreads enter the 20010-11 season in the Evo-Stik League Division 1 South in a confident mood after their strong finish to last season. Evo-Stik themselves are new sponsors for the Northern Premier League will enhance the future of non-league football in the North and Midlands
Chairman Steve Boam is also looking forward to the season ahead.
"We are thrilled to welcome Stoneacre on board at Grantham Town and look forward to them becoming part of the clubs community.” Mr Boam said. “We hope to develop a strong and mutually beneficial relationship and look forward to welcoming them at a number of matches over the coming season.”
“In the coming months a variety of deals and incentives for supporters will be made public and we hope that all supporters will show their appreciation to our newest sponsors who are keen to become an integral part of the Grantham community".
With part of the deal agreed across the summer seeing Stoneacre sponsor the Gingerbreads home and away kits, Grantham will have two new strips next season. Club Chairman Steve Boam, alongside Director Pete Railton and Stoneacre’s Paul stedman can be seen with Sam Pursicoe (home kit) and Billy Stubbs (away kit) at Stoneacre’s Tollemache Road premises.
“We hope Stoneacre's example will be followed by other members of the towns’ business community and more high profile sponsorship deals will follow.” Mr Boam said. “We are excited about the future at Grantham Town Football Club. We have a team both on and off the pitch that are committed to making this club something to be proud of but we need the town's support. We need the supporters to come back and look for themselves at what we have achieved and join us on our journey of success. We are all looking forward to the season ahead.”
