FC United of Manchester have signed striker Tom Fisher from Blue Square Bet North neighbours Droylsden.
Wythenshawe-born Fisher made the switch to the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division Rebels on Thursday.
The 20-year-old learnt his trade at Stockport County and made nearly forty appearances in the Football League for the Hatters before being released when they were relegated at the end of 2010-11 season.
Since then, Fisher has struggled to settle at a new club with spells at Macclesfield Town, Hyde FC and most recently the Bloods.
