Team Witton's Olympic test

Witton Albion's programme editor Jamie Thompson and the club shop's Mark Robinson are in training for the North West Sprint Triathlon in September.
Unlike Team GB's Olympic triathlete medal heroes Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, the Evo-Stik NPL's Team Witton Albion have never competed in the gruelling swim, cycle and run race before.
The duo, raising funds for the Hope House Children’s Hospice and the Witton Albion Development Fund, have set more modest targets than Team GB's Gold and Bronze medal winning brothers from Yorkshire, just finishing the tough trial in Nantwich next month and raising as much money as possible.
Sponsorship forms are available from the club shop at Wincham Park as the pair prepare for the North West's largest pool based event on Sunday 2 September.
Alternatively, contact the club on 01606 43008 for more information.
