The Evo-Stik League Northern Premier

Ossett Albion’s preseason schedule promises to be a tough workout for the Evo-Stik NPL Division One North club after they announced a line-up of strong opponents today.

First visitors to Dimple Wells will be Conference North club Harrogate Town on Saturday 21 July followed by a visit to NCE League club Nostell Miners’ Welfare on Tuesday 24.

On Sunday 29 July Albion travel to Northern Counties East runners-up Bridlington Town for a 1pm kick-off. The Reserves also travel to Bridlington and play against Brid’s second string.

The fixtures are completed by the visit of two Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division clubs - Matlock Town on Friday 3 August with a 7.45pm kick off and Frickley Athletic on Tuesday 7 August with a 7.30pm kick-off.

Albion also revealed today that negotiations are currently ongoing for a fixture on Saturday 11 August and will be announced when details are available.
