Warrington Town are making sure sports fans can enjoy the best of both worlds on Saturday with the Wire heading to Colwyn Bay in the FA Cup and neighbours Warrington Wolves taking on Hull FC later in rugby league’s Super League play-offs.
To ensure supporters don't miss the action from either game, the Evo-Stik NPL First Division North club has booked a double decker bus from their club sponsors Newtork Warrington for their away day in the FA Cup’s Second Qualifying Round. The bus will then transport fans back in time to watch the Warrington Wolves kick off in the Super League play-offs at 6.45pm.
The double decker leaves the football club’s Abacus Solicitors' Community Stadium at 12 noon for the 3pm FA Cup kick off with prices set at £10 for adults and £5 for students and concessions.
Once the FA Cup tie is over the bus will leave Colwyn Bay and head straight for the Halliwell Jones Stadium to drop off fans in time for the Wolves clash. Supporters not attending the rugby league fixture will then be dropped off back at the football club.
Spaces are limited and fans are urged to book promptly to avoid disappointment. Tickets do not include match entry to either game.
For bookings contact Warrington Town's community development officer James Standing via email at: james@warringtontownfc.co.uk.
