Halesowen Town have launched their first ever ladies team.
The Yeltz’s Ladies will play in the Central Warwickshire Ladies League and kick off in Division 2 later this month.
Halesowen Ladies will play their home games at The Grove on Sunday afternoons and entry will be free for fans.
The Yeltz squad are to wear the same kit as their Evo-Stik NPL First Division South male counterparts and are also sponsored by The Big Pet Store.
Their manager Scott Mckee will hope they can eventually follow in the footsteps of neighbouring Midlands outfit Birmingham City Ladies. The Blues are challenging again for the FA Women’s Super League title and in May beat Chelsea Ladies to win the Women’s FA Cup.
